A pre-order is an advance order for a product that is not currently available but will become available in the future. Many of the products that we sell are vey popular and may already be sold out before they actually arrive in our warehouse. If there is an upcoming product that you want, we highly recomend pre-ordering it.
You may see a product's availability listed as "Pre-Order (November 2009)". This means that the product is not currently in stock, but is expected to become available sometime in November 2009. You can order the item now and we will ship it to you once it is in our warehouse and ready to ship.
While you are placing the order for the item now, your credit card will not be charged nor authorized until we have the item in stock. Other companies may place a "temporary" authorization on your credit card, which may tie up your spending with the credit card company. We do not do this to you. You do not pay anything until we have the item in stock.
Product expected arrival dates are subject to change and the manufacturer's shipping schedule. Manufacturers often push release dates back for any list of reasons. Our website has the most current information we have from the manufacturer. If it is currently May and you see an item with an April expected release, that means the product is not in stock and we have not received any additional information from the manufacturer at this time. If you have any questions about a product's availability, please contact us.
Yes, please contact us if you would like to cancel a pre-order. A pre-order can only be canceled if the product has not yet shipped and has not already been allocated to your account. We allocate products to clients' accounts when the manufacturer notifies us that they are shipping the product to us. Please contact us to find out if a product has been allocated to your account and if it is too late to cancel your pre-order.
