Shipping and handling rates are determined upon order size, weight, destination, packing materials and handling. A shipping rate will be provided to you during checkout. You can obtain a shipping quote by adding items to your shopping cart and entering your zip code. Some larger items may incur additional shipping charges when processed. We will contact you if this situation occurs. Sometimes during checkout, ground delivery options may not be available due to the size of your order. If this happens, select any other shipping method but make sure to mention that you would like your order shipped ground.
Please allow 24-72 hours for order processing. Transit time is once the package has left our facilities. All transit times are estimates and subject to change by the courier. Shipping and handling costs include postage and handling fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable and non negotiable. The tracking number for your package can be found on your order status page. You can access tracking numbers by logging into your account. If you have any trouble logging into your account, please contact us. We are in not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping transit. If you would like your package to be insured, please select a shipping method such as FedEx or UPS. Packages shipped through the Post Office (USPS) are not insured. If you would like for your order to be shipped via USPS and insured, please make note of this when placing your order. Orders addressed to a P.O. Box must be mailed through the Post Office (USPS). FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges are not refundable on returned merchandise. |

You are responsible for any and all taxes, duties, tariffs, or additional charges. If your order contains heavy items, FedEx international shipping methods are available.

| Your order may contain in stock and pre-order items. During checkout you may select if you would like your items to be shipped together, or shipped as they become available. You will be charged for each shipment mailed out (additional shipping charges will apply). We will do our best to keep shipping costs at the lowest possible rate. Please note that payment must be provided for items to remain on hold. For multiple shipments, we may charge all shipping costs with first shipment. |
