Tax, Duties & Value Added Taxes "VAT": All parcels shipped outside the USA are subject to your country's tax and duties. These are additional costs charged and collected by your country's customs department. Contact your customs department for more details.
Declared Values: The order's full total will be declared in the customs documentation. We will not under report the value of the order and will not declare as "gift".
Returned Parcels:Any parcels returned to our warehouse due to local delivery issues, no payment of taxes/duties, or other issues that occur after the parcel leaves our warehouse will be refunded as store credit minus the shipping fees. If you would like us to ship the parcel again, you will need to pay the shipping fees again.
Lost or Damaged Parcels: In the rare event your parcel is lost or damaged, we will file a claim with USPS for you. Please retain all items, shipping boxes, materials, labels and documents. Due to claims policies varying by country, refunds and replacements are reliant on reimbursement by USPS for international orders.
Freight/Shipping Forwarding: We will ship to freight forwarding companies, which will then ship the item directly to your country. Orders shipped to a freight forwarding company must be paid via PayPal from a verified account with a confirmed address. We are not responsible for how the freight forwarding company handles the package once it leaves our warehouse. It is that company’s responsibility to properly handle and transport the package and its contents to you. In the event you receive damaged or incomplete orders, you must work with your freight forwarding company. No refunds, exchanges or replacements will be made for orders shipped to a freight forwarding company.
