Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then we do not want you to keep it. If you would like to make a return, please contact us and we will set up a return for you and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All returns must be requested within 10 business days of receiving the order.

Please do not mail back your order without receiving a Return Authorization Number. All items must be returned in the same way that we sent them, unopened and same condition. We cannot accept returns on opened or damaged items. Partial cases may not be returned.

If the item was damaged by the shipping carrier, we will file the claim for you. Returns must be made within 10 days of when the order was received. Items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 days of when return was requested. If you return an item, you may choose to receive a refund (less shipping) or a replacement of the item (if damaged). Items which are pre-ordered, shipped, and then returned are subject to a 12% re-stocking fee.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns are to be sent back at the expense of the buyer, unless the item was received damaged, or the incorrect item was received. The packing slip or a copy of it must be included with the returned item(s). We cannot accept returns for; special order, back order, sale/special, and clearance items. We cannot accept returns for items that were not purchased from Andrew's Toyz.

Order Cancelations

In Stock Items - after you place an order for an in stock item, the order has already been processed by our system. In stock purchases cannot be canceled. You may choose to return the item once your receive it. Please do not refuse the delivery of the item; follow the return procedure above.

Pre-Orders - a pre-order can be canceled at any time until the items have been allocated to your account. Items are allocated to customers once the shipment is on its way to our warehouse. To find out if your items have been allocated, please contact us. Please understand that we plan our orders with manufacturers and vendors based off of pre-orders we have received.

Pre-orders of $300.00 or more are subject to a 15% cancellation fee if canceled. Some items do require a portion of the product price to be paid when the order is placed. This will be specified in the items description as a "non-refundable deposit". The amount paid when the order is placed is not refundable. If the pre-ordered item is en route to us, we cannot accept cancellations for that item. We reserve the right to refuse any order cancellation.

Special orders and back orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. This is because we are ordering the item specifically for you and cannot cancel our order with the vendor.

Product Conditions

Action Figures & Toys - action figures, vehicles, and other boxed/carded products are usually pulled directly from factory sealed shipping cartons that are direct from either the manufacturer or vendor. We do look over every product we box and ship. We will always ship you the best condition of a product that we have. All products are guaranteed mint condition in factory sealed packaging. The majority of our customers are collectors who keep their figures in the packaging. Packaging conditions will range from C8 to C9 unless otherwise noted in the products description, as "Not mint" or "NM". Please be aware that items which are three years or older may have shelfware.

Statues, Busts, and Prop Replicas - all statues, busts, maquettes and sculptures that we ship are brand new and factory sealed. These are usually pulled directly from factory sealed shipping cartons that are direct from either the manufacturer. The actual product is guaranteed to be mint condition. The outer box will be in good to great condition. Kotobukiya items will be mint, but we cannot guarantee that their packaging will be mint. We will not ship you items that have ripped or torn boxes. Because we ship the product factory sealed, we do not open it. If there is any damage to the product inside, it was caused by the manufacturer or shipping carrier. Contact us immediately if you receive any damaged products and will arrange for a replacement.

Declined Payments

In the event your chosen payment method is declined or does not clear, we will contact you. Please make sure to update your payment as soon as possible. If payment is not updated within 5 business days, your products may be re-allocated to another customer. You can update your credit card by clicking here.

 
Returned Packages
If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver your package, or the package is refused, and returned to us, we will contact you. If the package is refused or returned due to an error in the provided shipping address (or outdated address), the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
 
Privacy Policy

We will not share, sell or distribute any of your personal information to a third party. All the information that you provide us with is kept by us. We will not give out your email address or send you spam. Your name, address and phone number is kept private as well. Credit card information is kept securely and will never be emailed to you or anyone else.
