What does "pre-order" mean?
We are expecting this item to arrive from the manufacturer or vendor in the month specified in parenthesis. You can order this item now and we will ship it to you when it arrives at our warehouse. All releases dates are subject to and are most likely to change due to manufacturers' delays. Please feel free to email us for the most current estimated arrival of an item. Your credit card will not be charged until item is ready to ship to you.
 
Are all of your products in stock?
We have thousands of products in stock. Every product has its availability listed in green to the right of its picture. While many products are in stock, we do have a significant amount of products which are available for pre-order. For complete details on product availability, please click here.

When will my credit card be charged?
For in stock purchases, your credit card will be charged as the items are pulled from the warehouse and are prepared them for boxing. The charge will be made to your credit card usually within 24-48 hours of when your order is placed. Pre-ordered items will not be charged to your credit card until they are ready to ship.
 
Do I need to have an account to order?

How much are taxes and duties?
Taxes and duties are determined by the importing country. You are responsible for any and all taxes, duties, customs charges etc. Andrew's Toyz is not responsible for any of these costs. Please contact your local customs department for more information about theses possible costs.

How do you pack items for shipment?
We pack all orders with the greatest care to protect them on their way to you. The majority of our clients are collectors who want their products in the best possible condition. We utilize a variety of packing materials including packing peanuts, bubble wrap, and packing paper. Action figures are wrapped with bubble wrap or packing paper and surrounded by packing peanuts. Larger items such as statues and busts are surrounded by packing peanuts and/or packing paper. You will not be dissapointed by our packing.
 
If my order requires multiple shipments, how does that work and how much will it cost?
During checkout you will have the option to choose if you would like all of your products to be shipped together in one shipment or to be shipped as they become available. When all products are shipped together, you will be charged the shipping and handling cost listed during checkout. If you choose to have your products shipped as they become available, then you will be charged shipping and handling costs for each shipment. The shipping and handling cost for each shipment will vary depending on its size and weight. We do our best to pack items securely and efficiently to keep the cost of shipping and handling as low as possible. Please note that international shipping and handling costs during checkout will be listed as zero. Their costs will be calculated as we process and ship the order. Will my pre-order items ship with in stock items?
During checkout you will have the option to have all of your items shipped together, or have your items shipped as they become available. If you choose to have everything shipped together, then we will hold all items and ship the entire order once we have all items in stock. Holding an item will require the item to be paid in full when placing the order. If you choose to have your items shipped as they become available, shipping costs are likely to cost more than the quoted amount given during checkout.
 
Can you double box my order?
Orders are packed with great care for protection during shipping transit to you. Double boxing is not usually required for most items. If you would prefer to have your order double boxed, please request it during checkout in the comments field. Double boxing will incur additional shipping and handling costs.
 
How big are your figures, busts and statues?
  • Hasbro basic figures stand approximately 3.75 inches tall
  • Gentle Giant mini busts are usually 6-8 inches tall
  • Gentle Giant statues are designed in 1/6 scale (approximately 13-15 inches tall)
  • Diamond Ultimate Figures are designed in 1/4 scale (approximately 19 inches tall)

What condition are your figures in? Mint condition?
All action figures are brand new and factory sealed on card. We pull our figures directly from factory sealed cases, with the exception of older figures which may have been purchased from collectors. You can expect all figures' packaging to be in C8 or better condition. Andrew's Toyz was established by a collector and the majority of our clients are collectors. We know what collectors want. Some products may be labeled as "NM" or "Not mint" which means their packaging is not in mint condition.
 
What does "not mint" or "NM" mean?
This means that the product itself is factory sealed and in mint condition, but its packaging is not in mint condition. Sometimes cases of action figures may be crushed during transit to us, as a result we usually offer these figures at a lower price due to the packaging condition. If you prefer to open your action figures, then this is a great way to save some money! Sales on non-mint products are final.
 
Are your items factory sealed?
Yes, all items are brand new and factory sealed unless otherwise noted in their description.
What is a "wave" or "collection"?
A Wave is another name for an assortment of action figures. Manufacturers usually ship 4-8 different action figures in each wave (sometimes more figures, sometimes less). These assortments may also be refered to as a collection as well.
 
Are your cases of figures factory sealed?
We try our best to send our clients unopened, factory sealed cases. Sometimes we do open cases to inspect the condition of the figures' packaging inside the case. We only ship a case factory sealed if it does not show signs of damage on the outside of the case. If you want to only receive a factory sealed case, please mention that during checkout in the comments field.
 
Will I receive the exact case assortment listed?
Action figure case assortment details are provided by the manufacturer. While it is very rare, the manufacturer may make changes the the case assortment prior to shipment. In the event of a case assortment change, we will contact you immediately. All case assortments are subject to change prior to shipment.
 
When will you receive new figures?
We are adding new action figures to our website as soon as we are solicted them by the manufacturer. We offer nearly all of our action figures for pre-order before they are released. Action figures are usually received within two weeks of when the manufacturer released them to us. Figure release dates and shipping dates will vary. The best way to keep up to date on when new products are added to our website is to visit our New Products page by clicking here. You will also find an RSS newsfeed on the New Products page that you can subscribe to for free.
